I Want My Body Back

God give me the strength to endure the process.

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, and was in a horrible accident. Every day, I would tell myself that I want my body back. I felt like I was fighting through a fog. For years, I felt defeated and frustrated about how my body responded to my new life. Until one particular day, I cried out to the Lord that I wanted my body back. When I made that statement, tears started rolling down my face, and I resolved that I could give up and be defeated or fight for my strength to return. I started speaking the thing that I wanted to see: I am well. I am whole.

I am healthy. I am blessed. My mind shifted, and I started to begin seeing myself working on getting my body back. "I will not be defeated," I said. It's painful sometimes to get out the bed. It hurts a lot to work out.

My numbers don't always go the way that I want them to, but I can make it with the Lord's help! Go get your body back—it's worth the pain.

Start working on becoming a new you today.

Visualize the new you that you want to become, and work on your plan. Tell yourself; I got to do this for "Me."

Start with your mind.

A Winner's Attitude

You need perseverance, determination,

resilience, and confidence to be successful.

Note To Self - I Will Not Be Defeated!

I press toward the goal to win the prize for the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14
